What to send

• The full MyLnks URL of the page.
• What is wrong with it, specifically.
• If it is a copyright claim: identification of the work, your contact details, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorised to act.
